Spring Fitness Classes Kick Off on March 18

Get fit, have fun, and stay healthy this spring at the ABC Hall!

You can choose from a variety of options: starting on Monday, there’s a free CPHC Seniors Exercise class, followed by Gentle Yoga and Meditation on Tuesday, Gentle Pilates on Wednesday, Beginner Boot Camp on Thursday, and to wrap up the week on a high note, Line Dancing on Friday.
