Join Holly Lebow Thursdays from June 12 – July 31 from 9 am – 10 am.
The Stretch & Strength class will be separated into 3 segments of 20 minutes each.
> The first segment will be a full body stretch to increase flexibility, improve range of motion and help to protect you from injuries.
> The second part will incorporate Resistance Bands, providing a gentle and controlled way to build strength and muscle, and will be used in a variety of both upper and lower body exercises.
> The final portion of light Weight Training provides numerous benefits including increased strength, improved bone density, as well as offering some core strength and abdominal work
Cost is $5.00 per class if prepaid (you can prorate your payment if you know you’ll be missing some classes)
