There are several fitness classes offered at the ABC Hall including Yoga, CPHC Seniors Exercise, and Line Dancing.


CPHC Exercise Class for Seniors

MONDAY

When: 9:30 – 10:30 am

ALL LEVELS are welcomed!

January 6 – May 26 2025 (except Holidays)

This is a FREE class.

The first exercise class will be on Monday, January 6.

Wear running shoes and comfortable clothing, and bring a water bottle.

Fusion Fitness

TUESDAY

When: NEW Time: 9:15-10:30 (1 hour and 15 minutes)

January 7 – March 18 (no class March 11)

Cost:  $150.00 (for the series). The drop-in rate: $18/class

Bring your own yoga mat and water bottle.

Define, Strengthen, Restore and Nurture Your Body and Soul!

Add variety to your fitness this winter! Fusion workouts are an efficient non-impact way to build strength, muscle definition, endurance, flexibility, balance and overall mind-body health! It is a total-body conditioning workout which blends Pilates, yoga, barre and fitness exercises. No special equipment is required! It is a great way to create yang/yin balance of body and mind. You will be left with a sense of calmness and restoration.

  • Pilates to build stronger core and better posture.
  • Yoga to increase strength, balance, mobility and stability and mindfulness.
  • Barre to elevate the heart rate and enhance your cardiovascular endurance.
  • Fitness to complement yoga, Pilates and barre to achieve a strong and toned physique.

If you are undecided, you can attend the first class at the drop-in rate and then decide. If you love it, sign-up for the remaining number of classes!

Beginner Boot Camp

Holly Labow, Certified Group Fitness Instructor with the ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association)

THURSDAY

When: 4:30 – 5:15 pm

Cost: $50 / 10 classes or $7 drop-in

Challenge your body & mind with a combination of cardiovascular and strength training designed for all ages and fitness levels. 

Classes will include both high and low intensity exercises, performed to timed intervals. Increase your strength, gain muscle tone, improve flexibility/cardio/ balance with light weights, plyometrics, resistance training and bodyweight moves. 

These fun 45 minute sessions, accompanied by upbeat music, will begin with a 10 minute warm up, and end with a 10 minute cool down stretch. 

Line Dancing

FRIDAY

When: 10:00 – 11:00 am

This is a great way to get a fun workout! Beginners are welcome.

$5 at the door toward hall maintenance.
