There are several fitness classes offered at the ABC Hall including CPHC Seniors Exercise and Line Dancing.
CPHC Exercise Class for Seniors
MONDAY
When: 9:30 – 10:30 am
ALL LEVELS are welcomed!
January 6 – May 26 2025 (except Holidays)
This is a FREE class.
The first exercise class will be on Monday, January 6.
Wear running shoes and comfortable clothing, and bring a water bottle.

Line Dancing

FRIDAY
When: 10:00 – 11:00 am
This is a great way to get a fun workout! Beginners are welcome.
$5 at the door toward hall maintenance.
